Billing
Jack and Jill is pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, C.O.D. shipments, or cash payments. On in-stock items, your account is not billed until your order ships. Special orders are charged upon receipt of the order. Upon receiving your order, we verify availability. Orders usually ship the next business day. When your order ships, we send you a confirmation email message.
Order Cancellation
In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a relatively small window of time in which changes to an order can be made - once an order is sent it cannot be cancelled. In this case, simply return the shipment. See the Return Policy page for further information on how to proceed.
Sales Tax
Indiana residents add 6% sales tax.
