FREE SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is FREE for customers in the contiguous US. If you prefer to have your merchandise in 2-3 days, you may choose one of the following options. The shipping charges are listed on the chart below.

Orders received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day.

We currently ship only inside the USA and to Canada.

CANADA

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 4 lbs. Delivery time is generally 6-12 business days.

As soon as each package leaves our store, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill. If you would like to check on availability prior to placing an order, you may call the store during regular business hours at 765-654-4660.

If you require delivery on a Saturday, please make a note of it on your order. Saturday delivery costs an additional $12.50. Orders are not delivered on Sunday or on major Holidays.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Please note we reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final after 14 days of receipt.

We offer a 14-day return for regular, non-personalized items in their original un-worn condition, in original packaging, and with tags still attached. Credit will not be issued for items returned in condition other than that described. Shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items, special orders, swimwear, special occasion dresses and final sale items and are NOT returnable.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING RETURNED ITEMS. PLEASE INSURE YOUR PACKAGE ACCORDINGLY WHEN SHIPPING RETURNS TO US. We strongly recommend you also purchase the tracking option when shipping & keep a record of your shipping confirmation.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

After Christmas SALE -- All holiday items purchased after Christmas (December 26 to October 31) are FINAL SALE. Therefore, returns of holiday merchandise must be received by us no later than December 25.

Holiday items for Halloween purchased after October 15 will be considered final sales and will not be eligible for return credit.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

All returns must be received within 14 days of your receipt. Final sale, personalized, special order and swimwear items are NOT returnable. Please call or e-mail us if you have questions on whether your item(s) is returnable. UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM, we will credit the card used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES:

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply place an order for the new item online, and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Upon receipt of your return item(s), as stated above, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited.

If you initially purchase multiple sizes of the same item (in order to check for size) and return the one(s) that does not fit, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee on the returned item(s). If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our posted size charts, or contact us via email or phone. We are always happy to give measurements.
